Equipment & Capability
Equipment & Manufacturing Capability
In-house CNC machining, chemical etching, electroforming and die-casting — the complete process chain for custom metal identification products.
Owning the full process chain in-house means we control quality, lead time and cost at every stage — no critical process is outsourced. Below is the core equipment that produces your custom nameplates, labels and badges.

CNC Machining Centers
Our vertical CNC machining centers handle plate cutting, edge chamfering, counterbored mounting holes, back slots and precision engraving directly on stainless steel, aluminum and brass.
Vacuum fixturing protects finished surfaces during secondary operations, and every program is verified by dry-run before cutting production material.
- Working area up to 1000×600mm; plate thickness 0.3–6mm
- Positioning accuracy ±0.01mm, repeatability ±0.005mm
- Engraving depth control to ±0.02mm for enamel fill

Chemical Etching Lines
Dedicated photochemical etching lines with controlled-temperature tanks produce crisp, burr-free recessed graphics on stainless steel, brass and copper. Etched cavities are then filled with durable enamel or left natural for a premium two-tone finish.
Closed-loop chemical management and fume extraction ensure both etching consistency and environmental compliance.
- Etch depth 0.02–0.2mm, repeatable across the batch
- Fine line width down to 0.1mm for dense data plates
- Black / color enamel fill with high-temperature curing

Electroforming & Plating
Our electroforming workshop produces ultra-thin (0.03–0.15mm) self-adhesive nickel labels with crisp 3D raised logos — the premium decal solution for electronics, appliances and cosmetics packaging.
Precision rectifiers and filtered baths control thickness uniformity and mirror-bright surface finish.
- Ultra-thin nickel labels from 0.03mm, flexible 3D conformability
- Bright nickel, brushed and gold-tone finishes
- 3M high-performance adhesive backing, peel-and-stick application

Zinc Alloy Die-Casting
Hot-chamber zinc alloy die-casting machines produce high-relief 3D badges, emblems and heavy-duty identification plates with excellent detail reproduction and mechanical strength.
In-house mold making, casting, deflashing, polishing and enamel/epoxy filling complete the full decorative metal badge process.
- 3D raised relief from 0.5mm to 8mm depth
- Antique silver / gold, brushed and painted finishes
- Custom mold tooling produced in 7–10 days
