A Spacious, Organized Workshop
Our main production floor houses rows of high-speed CNC machining centers arranged along clear process lanes. A disciplined 5S layout, epoxy anti-slip flooring and bright LED lighting keep every workstation safe, traceable and efficient.
From raw sheet metal to finished nameplates, each process stage flows in a logical one-way route to minimize handling and protect surface quality.

CNC Machining & Engraving Area
Our CNC zone is equipped with 3-axis and 4-axis machining centers, high-precision engraving machines and laser marking systems, supporting everything from one-off prototype plates to high-volume production runs.
Experienced operators with 8+ years average tenure program and run each job from verified tooling libraries.
- Tight-tolerance engraving, countersinking and edge profiling
- Stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper all processed in-house
- First-article inspection before every production release
Careful Packaging, On-Time Delivery
Finished nameplates are 100% inspected, then individually protected and packed to prevent scratching in transit. Export cartons, pallets and custom packaging are prepared to match each client’s receiving requirements.
We ship by express, air and sea with full commercial documentation support.
